Has my order shipped?

An email will be sent to you when your order is shipped. You can also sign in to "My Account" and click on "Order History" to see shipping details. Most items will ship within 48 hours. However, items ordered from the manufacturer may take 5 to 7 days to ship.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Email us immediately to change or cancel your item. Orders are processed within 24 hours. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable, and will be subject to exchange or refund policy

How do I track my order?

Sign into your Account, your Tracking or Delivery Confirmation number will be shown.

Where’s My Order?

Sign into your Account to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. Check for delivery status online with the shipper. If your Package Tracking or Delivery Confirmation Numbers shows delivered, Email us Sales@HiddenBeautyPlus.com for assistance.

I received only Part of my Order.

Depending on your purchases, Some of your items may be shipped from different warehouses. We will send you an email with all Tracking or Delivery Confirmations Numbers.  Sign into your Account.  Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking or Delivery confirmation Numbers, check status online with Shipper. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us Sales@HiddenBeautyPlus.com for assistance.

Where’s my Free Gift?

We love giving out free Gifts. Depending on your purchase, Your free gift may be shipped separately.  Email us Sales@HiddenBeautyPlus.com for assistance.  Do you have a free Gift Idea?  Email us on what your ideal free gift idea.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to arrive to you.  We will update you with status.

How do I create an account?

On the right hand side of our website, under “My Account”  Click on “Register” to create your account.

Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policies for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Sign in to your Account.  You can edit any information.

I forgot my password.

On our Front Page, under “My Account” simply click on “Recover Password".   An email will be sent to you with your password.

What Countries do you Ship to?

We ship to all Countries.

What are your International Shipping charges?

We Ship USPS International Priority or Express only for tracking purposes.  Shipping is calculated by weight and distance of product purchase and your options will be displayed at checkout.

Will I have to pay any customs duties or taxes on my international order?

We are not responsible for Custom Duties or Taxes set forth by your Countries Regulations. Customs duties or taxes in your country are entirely your responsibility.

How much do you charge for shipping?

For US Shipments, we charge a flat shipping charge of $6.99 for purchases up to $49.99, 10.99 for purchases up to 99.99, and $15.99 for purchases $100.00 and above.

International shipping charges are based on weight and distance shipped. Review our International Orders section for more information.

If your shipment is undeliverable as addressed or refused and items returned to us, your purchase will be refunded less restocking fee & shipping. See our Return Policy.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

As per government regulations, we collect sales tax on purchases shipped within the state of Texas . We Do Not charge tax for purchases shipped to any other states or countries.

Why Can’t I see Shipping Charges in my Cart.

Your shipping charges will show at checkout if you are not signed in or have not registered.  Since we ship Internationally our system will not know what country you are shipping to.  Once you have signed in, your shipping charges will be shown. 

How do I use a coupon code?

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top or Left side of our site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.  Currently you may only use one Coupon Code per transaction.

Search for a Specific Product.

Navigating our site can be done in different ways.  On the Top of our site are Gold Bar Categories  with Accessories, Bras ..etc, click on any of those links to show all items under that category.  You can use our search Box for Brand Name or Style #.   You can also use our Site Map, or on the Right Side of Site in Red Bar is  Shop by Brand where you can see all the brand names we have and shop by brand name.

Return Policy

• We accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your merchandise, except for the following items which are NOT returnable: Adhesive bras, Any items using adhesive, breast forms, Bragel/NuBra Products, Opened Fragrances, Hair Care, Skin Care, & Clearance, Closeouts or Final Sale items which will be marked accordingly. Undergarments containing crotch, due to Health Code Regulations. If you purchased more than 1 or in a set, you may return the remaining unworn items for a partial refund.
• All returned or exchanged items MUST have an RMA number written on the outside of the package.
• Contact our customer service @ Sales@HiddenBeautyPlus.com for an RMA number.
• Any package without an RMA number written on the outside of the package will be refused.
• All returned items MUST be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving them.
• Merchandise must be returned to us in New condition, unworn or washed, with all of the tags attached in its original packaging accompanied by the packing slip (please note the reason for the return).
• Returns are Subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges for the initial shipment of your order, or the return postage.
• We will pay return postage if the item ordered is defective, or if the incorrect item is shipped to you, your payment will be credited for that portion.
• For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.
• Upon request we can email you a return label without postage, simply print and tape to package
• Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase, minus Restocking & initial shipping fee.
• Your return will be processed and your payment credited within 2 Business days.
• If any item is returned to us in violation of our return policy we will not credit you for your return, and item(s) will be returned to you.

Exchange Policy

• Place a new order for the correct merchandise and return the unwanted merchandise according to the Return Policy. Use one of our coupon codes to help offset your restocking fees on returned item(s).
