Our Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item(s). Returns must be postmarked within 7 working days of receiving your purchase. Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your return once we receive your item(s). You must contact us for an RMA number. Read below for associated re-stocking fees that may be subject to your return refund. Contact us if you have any questions concerning our policies.

Please Note below items that cannot be exchanged or returned.

How to Return Purchases

·         Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.

·         We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.

·         Note on packing slip or paper reason for return

·         We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

·         You will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 10% of purchase and will be deducted from refund.

·         Bridal returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% of purchase

·         Initial Shipping cost you paid with purchase is not refundable.

·         If your purchase received free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted

·         Your Shipping cost to ship your item(s) back to us is not refundable.

Non-Return or Exchange item(s):

We follow hygiene and health code regulations. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch or open crotch shapers/panty garments cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on.

·         Adhesive bras or items

·         Silicone bras, enhancers, forms

·         Nursing Pads, enhancers, forms of other materials

·         Bragel/NuBra Products

·         Clearance, Closeouts or Final Sale items

·         Undergarments or item(s) containing crotch or open crotch

Return Policy for Bridal Items

·         Bridal items must be returned/postmarked within 7 days of receiving item(s). We understand that brides or bridal parties are often not certain about their size. And different styles may fit differently. Bridal items have a higher return rate. We enforce our re-stocking fee for returns Bridal items. Returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and will be deducted from your refund. Your initial shipping cost paid with purchase is non-refundable and deducted from refund.  If your purchase received free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

   

Special Notes & Restocking fees

·         Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee of purchase price, this will be deducted from your refund. This helps off set our cost for re-stocking, packing, processing and other associated costs.

·         Initial Shipping Cost on Purchase is non-refundable and deducted from your refund. This applies to all returns exception only on Errors or Damaged Merchandise.

·         Items Returned to us, undeliverable or refused will have a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund.

·         Late Returns - If more than 7 days have passed since you have received your purchase and you would like to return any of your items, we reserve the right to accept or refuse the return. If accepted, a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

·         Final Sale, Closeout,& Clearance items –are FINAL sale items. These items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

·         Free shipping items will have our actual shipping costs deducted from your refund.

 

Errors or Damaged Merchandise

We inspect all items before shipping. In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect items, simply contact our customer service department and request an RMA number. Return the item(s) along with a note of explanation. Our mistake will cost you nothing. We will refund your purchase including your cost of shipping your item back to us. If we find that damage to item was customer related, item will be refused & returned to you.

Exchange Policy

·         Place a new order for the correct merchandise and return the unwanted merchandise according to our Return Policy. Use one of our coupon codes to help offset your restocking fees on returned item(s).
